Leaves are beginning to change as August comes to a close. Don’t miss this full week of our Summer of Fun activities for you to choose from that are totally free to you! Jazzercise is available every day this week for a fun studio class. Body sculpt with Jen Sober@ Fit with Jen is tonight! Our lovely Yoga class is outdoors on Wednesday and Thursday we’ll be playing volleyball and hanging out for some friendly competition! We have issued 200 State Park passes, CARC passes, and Wildwood memberships because we know physical activity is vital for our well-being! Please prioritize your health this week, if all these classes aren’t your thing, walking is still one of the best forms of exercise! According to the current Physical Activity Guidelines for Americans, we need 150 minutes of physical activity each week, so get on it today!
