Movement classes are a great way to incorporate physical activity into your day. These movement classes are a low-impact form of exercise that offers an accessible and engaging way to get moving!
Classes are held on Thursday Evenings, October 16th, 23rd, and 30th from 4:45 PM- 5:30 PM
at the Grantsville Sr. Center, 125 Durst Ct, Grantsville, MD 21536.
* Classes Are Free and Open to Anyone (Children Must Be Supervised by an Adult)
