FIT WITH JEN Studios is a group exercise and personal training studio! Jen has been in the fitness industry for 30 years and practicing in Garrett County for 20. Before that, she was a trainer/instructor in New York City and Northern Virginia area. She currently offers a variety of group exercise classes including SPINNING, TRX, HIIT CONDITIONING, BODY SCULPTING, and KICKBOXING. She’s always looking for more instructors to join her team at FIT WITH JEN Studios to broaden the number of classes offered. *All SPINNING classes can be done on any cardio equipment, such as treadmills, ellipticals, rowers


HIIT:  Using body weight to work the body with high intensity intervals to challenge the upper body, lower body, core and cardio systems. (along with balance and agility). ALL LEVELS. Modifications shown for all exercises. (Virtual – No equipment needed.
BODYSCULPT: PUMP up the calorie meter up with this High Repetition Cardio Sculpt class, strengthening your body from head to toe. ALL LEVELS. (Virtual – Some sort of weights such as dumbbells needed for this class)
SPINNING/CARDIO INTERVALS: Burn calories for hours after this cardio interval class. A spin based class, but can be done on any form of cardio equipment (studio has available spots on bikes, treadmills, ellipticals and rowers) ALL LEVELS

SPIN-N-SCULPT: 30 min of straight up challenging cardio followed by 30 minutes of upper body and ab work. ALL LEVELSTRX: By utilizing your own body weight, the TRX Suspension Trainer provides greater performance and functionality than large exercise machines found in gyms. TRX benefits people of all fitness levels (from pro athletes to those just wanting to get in shape). It delivers a fast effective total-body workout, helps build a rock-solid core, increases muscular endurance and strength. ALL LEVELS

KICKBOXING: Jab Cross Hook Uppercut your way to great shape. This class will chisel out every muscle while burning lots of calories and burning lots of stress. ALL LEVELS
YOGA with CHRISSY: currently in person only (no virtual). A progressive course designed for beginners, appropriate for all levels! Blending precise therapeutic alignment techniques with life-affirming teachings, Ashaya Yoga will help you align your body, strengthen your muscles, and gain flexibility while offering a deeper sense of connection with yourself, and the world around you. ALL LEVELS
