LOVE seeing you showing everyone how much FUN Jazzercise is! Your classes were great long ago when you taught in the Annapolis centre and then moved/opened the Oakland centre. One day when we are visiting our second home at the lake, I will join your class (after I get my second total hip replacement next week)……….and yes, I’m in my 70’s and still dancing with Jazzercise a couple times a week over all these years. When I had my first hip replacement 5 years ago, the surgeon said I recuperated so quickly because I had stayed in shape (and strong!) from doing Jazzercise. I’ll NEVER STOP !!
Highly recommend this fun program!
Do you have any recommendations for people with arthristis of the knees?
This looks like a great way to stay in shape. Thank you.
Helpful and fun!!
I didn’t know that they have a low pace Jazzercise classes
