LOVE seeing you showing everyone how much FUN Jazzercise is! Your classes were great long ago when you taught in the Annapolis centre and then moved/opened the Oakland centre. One day when we are visiting our second home at the lake, I will join your class (after I get my second total hip replacement next week)……….and yes, I’m in my 70’s and still dancing with Jazzercise a couple times a week over all these years. When I had my first hip replacement 5 years ago, the surgeon said I recuperated so quickly because I had stayed in shape (and strong!) from doing Jazzercise. I’ll NEVER STOP !!
Highly recommend this fun program!
Awesome!
