Tina’s classes are so welcoming. She guides us with compassion and warmth.
Her classes are well worth your time. Please come!
Thank you Mary for your generous feedback! I’m blessed to have you and our entire group practicing together as we continue on our wellness journey. 🙂 Namaste’, ~tina
Thank you, Tina.
Are there still classes going on?
I tried this once. I am so uncoordinated I felt like a fool. Tina was great though!
Thank you Deb for your helpful feedback! I remember that workshop we had at the Center, and yes it was quite challenging. But you sure didn’t look like a fool. I would love for you to come and try our outdoor yoga class at the Manor; it’s a different yoga practice than the workshop you attended. And you wouldn’t have to go too far to get there. 🙂 In Gratitude, ~tina
Sounds awesome
I agree with you Deb. I am not very coordinated.
I am in my upper 60’s and really would like to try Yoga. I have tried a little at home from easy you tube videos. It’s different and challenging. I have been in Jazzercise for about 7 yrs. I don’t plan to give that up. It’s done amazing things for my strength and balance. I am interested in the mind/body connection of Yoga. I would love to check out some classes in the future. Unfortunately, Covid has put a damper on everything and I believe I would like in person classes the best. The outdoor classes look divine.
Neat
Is the yoga is happening in the area. It might be good for my fibromyalgia
One could not pick a more pleasant location.
