Let’s start the week with a gentle twist! Sheri Kosh will teach at Swallow Falls State Park starting at 4:00 on Monday, July 31st!

This class is great if you are new to yoga or want a slower, gentler practice. Students bring their mat or towel. Wear loose clothing. Extra props are not required for this class. This class is FREE and sponsored by the Garrett County in Motion initiative of the Garrett County Health Department with funding from CareFirst. Our mission is to make physical activity more accessible to all!

Registration is required with Beach To Peak Yoga, https://www.schedulicity.com/scheduling/BTP8KU/classes. Please accept the online waiver. You only need to do this once. Please arrive 15 minutes early to sign in, set up your mat/towel, and say hello!

If the grass is wet or there’s a strong chance of inclement weather, Sheri will cancel the class with an hour of notice and notify you via email because you pre-registered. Feel free to contact Sheri at [email protected] for more information.

When you arrive at Swallow Falls State Park located at 2470 Maple Glade Rd, Oakland, MD 21550, let the attendant at the gate know you are there for the Pop-Up CareFirst class, and your admission for the day will be waived.

Look for Sheri near the pavilion by the main parking area.

We are still holding our regular class on Tuesday at Herrington.

Hope to see you all there!
