As our team prepares to release additional information about the upcoming Go! Fitness Challenge tomorrow, we managed to snap this fun group, led by the Garrett County Health Department’s Amy Ritchie, kicking off another Walktober 1-mile walk!
Amy has been hosting walks for our staff and community members throughout this week, and does countless things to help improve Garrett County’s health through physical activity and nutrition education.
