This week the temperature is looking pretty good for grilling outdoors and enjoying delicious vegetables. I’ll be the first to admit I have been “steaming” peppers, not grilling them, for years! Who else is glad we had the opportunity to learn to skin the peppers after charring and save the flavorful juice?! I know a few people around my table who will be happy I’ve learned this new technique as we begin to enjoy summer evening meals. Is there a vegetable you’d like to learn more cooking tips about?
