We found a delicious recipe for a blueberry smoothie and then remembered we had a timeless video demonstration in our archives from Haley, so this time you get both!

I make smoothies for a refreshing treat and use a combination of affordable basic ingredients. I start with a tremendous amount of blueberries! I’m not drinking my smoothie pre or post workout so I skip the whey protein. I use plain Greek yogurt with no added sugar and add some fresh greens! I add a banana (green or super ripe- whatever I have on hand) and love a splash of pineapple juice! Do what works best for you and enjoy a refreshing treat that benefits your body!
