It’s just warm enough to get outside and start grilling! As you kick off this season, try something new and beef up those burgers with some veg and quinoa! It’s a great way to add more protein and vegetables to an old favorite! 

Healthy eating combined with fitness is a great way to step into this new season! It’s day two of our intensity challenge, what’s your zone minute goal today? I’m going to eat a little healthier and go for a brisk walk, we can do this!
