This Thursday, March 27th, at 4:30 p.m., join us for a free class at the Friendsville School! Tina teaches an easy-to-follow gentle yoga class where participants experience whole-body wellness, aka the holistic health approach. Each week varies depending on the students that walk through the door. Everyone will have a chance to improve their physical body as well as gain mental clarity and calmness. Tina helps us focus on letting go of physical and mental stress. The environment is friendly, with no judgments, critiquing, or unnecessary expectations. People are accepted wherever they are on their own wellness journey. This week, there will be another prize drawing for one participant attending class, I hope to see you there!
