This Thursday, April 17th, at 4:30 p.m., join us for another free class at the Friendsville School! Tina is an amazing instructor and teaches an easy-to-follow, gentle yoga class where participants experience whole-body wellness. It’s easy to know because after class, you feel so much better than when you started. Every week, the class varies, but we can always count on her encouraging spirit and a joyful class. Everyone will have a chance to improve their physical body and gain mental clarity and calmness by focusing on letting go of physical and mental stress. This week, there will be another prize drawing for one participant attending class. I hope to see you there!
