Free Yoga @ DCL

Join Tina at DCL this week.

Mark your calendar; a gentle beginner yoga class is happening this Thursday at Deep Creek Lake State Park. Let them know at the gate that you are there for Go Garrett County’s yoga program and proceed to the canoe/kayak launch area at no charge. As you look at the lake, you’ll find Tina to the right of the sandy beach swimming area.

The event begins at 5:30 p.m., but plan on arriving early to fill out a waiver and get acquainted with the group.

20 Go! Points will be awarded to participants at both events if you have a free account on gogarrettcounty.com to earn awesome prizes from the prize shop.

We’ll see you Thursday, June 27, at 5:30 p.m. Visit https://garretthealth.org/events for more information and to fill out the waiver before the event.

This program is managed by the Garrett County Health Department’s Population Health, Innovation, and Informatics Unit, with support from CareFirst.
