Chef and the students demonstrate that making our own stock is something that we can absolutely do in our own kitchens! It’s so much healthier because there is no added sodium. Low sodium helps keep our blood pressure within normal ranges and helps our hearts stay healthy and strong! The collagen in the chicken stock is also great for our skin, hair, and nails! This method saves us money and we can use the stock as a base for several healthy meals.
