Our community does some incredible things, especially when we work together! Hospice is an active member of the Health Planning Council and contributes to the health of our community by providing many different services. If you’ve ever been in contact with Hospice, you know how invaluable they are during times of need. Join us as we get some steps in for a good cause; this event is a great way to support a local organization and reach your fitness goals at the same time!
The day begins by honoring hospice patients who have passed during the last year with a candle lighting and celebration of life service. Immediately following, the walk begins. There will be food, music, raffle baskets, and prizes for the top fundraisers. Any walker raising $50 or more will receive a free event shirt on the day of the walk. The event will be held rain or shine.
