There’s something to be said about the effort! I firmly believe in thoughtful acts of kindness when we want to make someone feel special. Whatever Valentine’s recipe you choose, the care you put forth when cooking for someone is much more important than a fancy dish that eats up your weekly grocery budget! So take the pressure off and enjoy yourself! Any lovingly prepared meal is usually good for the body and soul!
Chicken Picatta is a slightly elevated way to serve chicken, and it’s still a pretty healthy choice!

To decrease the fat content use skinless chicken breasts and less butter (maybe try 2.5 oz. instead).
Good idea to avoid the crowds & long wait for a table.
