When we have pancakes on the weekends, it’s chocolate chip all the way! This recipe is a great way to increase the protein and still have that big comfort breakfast kind of feel. I will add some chocolate chips to keep the kids happy, which is not the healthiest option, but it’s still better than fast food or no breakfast! See what works for you and your family; often, slight modifications make a big difference over time!

Willing to try these out!
This is a MUST!
We make pancakes and add dry oatmeal to the batter. Tastes great and a boost of oats.
Will give this a try. But have to keep ingredients a secret.
Real maple syrup always makes them better.
I like the idea of the oats! I’m going to try this one!
Interesting ingredient – cottage cheese, but will definitely give it a try!
