This Thursday, May 29th, marks our last free class of the spring at Friendsville School! Tina is a fantastic instructor who teaches an easy-to-follow, gentle yoga class that allows participants to experience whole-body wellness. I always leave class with a little more spring in my step and a lighter feeling from the intentional breathing and stretching. We often have surprise incentives, and a few weeks back, Michele won a free Gratitude Journal. As always, we appreciate each of you and if you don’t make it class this week, incorporate practices like journaling, meditation, and gratitude affirmations into your day, it helps to foster a more grateful mindset.
