  4. Click on Active Zone Minute Challenge on the left-hand side of the screen
  5. Submit your minutes

Today, I planned to meet up with a friend after work to go on a brisk walk. It helps to have a plan for exercise, and it’s even better if you can find a walking pal or workout buddy.
