I love cooking with fresh basil; it elevates any dish and is a really easy herb to grow at home! You can buy basil pesto at the grocery store, but it’s a bit tricky to locate in our stores. Don’t give up; it’s worth the extra time searching. You can feed several people with this dish inexpensively, and it’s great for lunch the next day. Enjoy!
