Walktober Day 4: Too much work and not enough play! I only got 4,082 steps in! If only I was back at the beach! Sometimes you will have days like this-not meeting your goal. But, you can’t give up! You just got to shake it off and MOVE ON!
Not much of a walk….but plenty of exercise mowing and raking yard after being gone for almost a month. I whipped!
I gotta make my walking plans for tomorrow! Thanks for sharing!

I got a few laps in last night, hoping to get that and a couple more this evening. This weather is too beautiful to sit inside!!!!! =)
It’s not a walk on the beach, but I am loving this fall weather! Great weather to get out and walk with the family.
I got my exercise not walking but mowing and weed eating with the grandson.
I like these cooler temperatures for walking/hiking!
Staying consistent with my morning workouts—strength training and cardio.
I love running through Deep Creek State Park along the path by the lake.
