Welcome back to Day 28 of Walktober!

Today, we’re heading back to Garrett Trails and highlighting the Meshach Browning Trail System!

This exciting project, coordinated by the Deep Creek Lake Lions Club (and conveniently located next to HART’s adorable adoptables!), offers countless ways to enjoy the outdoors – from trails to art installations (including a 3D mosaic that was part of the Health Department’s IMPACT Garrett County Health x Arts project!).

For more information on this trail system, park, outdoor art gallery, and more, visit the Deep Creek Lake Lion’s Club page at: http://www.deepcreeklions.org/MB-Trailhead.html

How did you do with your fitness goals today? What’s your favorite local trail? Did you get in your 6,000 steps?, 10,000 steps?, or do something awesome to stay active? Join the discussion below, and you’ll earn 3 MORE prize points each day during Walktober!

(Please note, your first comment on Go! GC is manually approved to prevent spam. After your comment is approved, you will automatically be awarded bonus Prize Points. Once you have one comment approved, all future comments will be automatically approved.)
