As a reminder, Week 1 Step Submission is open until Wednesday, 10/19. On Thursday, we will announce the winning team or individual for Week 1 of the Go! Fitness Challenge, and award Prize Points! Week 2 of the Go! Fitness Challenge will run from today, 10/17 thru 10/23.

Just had knee replacement surgery so not nearly as many steps daily as everyone else… but definitely working on it!
