This is harder than it looks … hopefully one I will say “I could only do x when i first tried, now I can do xx” (without keeling over lol….)
Just tried it! Surprised myself that I could even do it! I will need to keep at it to be able to do more than I did today! I agree…harder than it looks for an overweight senior citizen!

Knee to elbow repeatedly…..oh my! Great exercise!
Thanks for the demo! I definitely could get my right leg closer to my right elbow then I could my left knee to my left elbow. I’m going to try to incorporate this exercise into my morning routine.
