This Thursday, March 6th at 4:30 p.m., join us for a free class! Tina teaches an easy to follow gentle yoga class where participants experience whole body wellness; aka the holistic health approach. Each week varies depending on the students that walk through the door, last week we had so many mommies with their little yogis, it was so much fun! Everyone will have a chance to improve the physical body as well as gain mental clarity and calmness. Tina helps us focus on letting go of physical and mental stress, as well as anxieties, allowing students to improve overall wellbeing. The class environment is a friendly atmosphere with no judgments, critiquing or unnecessary expectations. People are accepted wherever they are on their own wellness journey, able to feel comfortable in the space. This week, there will be a prize drawing after class. I hope to see you there!
