We do more than data in the Population Health, Innovation, & Informatics Unit within the Garrett County Health Department! We increase access to physical fitness opportunities and try our best to keep motivation high as our community members strive to live a healthy lifestyle! One way to do that is by helping people earn participation points on platforms like this and GoGarrettCountyPlus.com. Members can cash in points for items that will enhance their efforts toward health. There’s a little something for everyone, we continue bringing offerings that are free to all of you as we endeavor to make a meaningful difference in your wellness journey.

The target goal of Healthy Together is to serve 7,000 people in five years across both counties and by multiple agencies. Please help us out by signing up someone new today.
