Great job with the update Shelley!👍
It’s a great time to walk. Yesterday was wet, walking the dog in the mist. She won’t let me skip a day. Only got 8,000 steps though total.
Sounds like rain in the forecast for today! Don’t let that keep you from getting outdoors and going for a walk! Put on your rain poncho and grab your umbrella!
Thanks for the update!
Good information. I plan to get my walk in later today.
Thank you for the update!! We all could use a little more positive motivation especially on rainy days!!!!
Today is a rest day for me. Looking forward to a glutes workout tomorrow morning.
6792 steps today
A little foggy, but it was still nice to get outside yesterday.
enjoying paying attention to the amount of acorns on the ground while i run or walk. Looks like it may be a good snowy winter ???? we shall see
