Walking relieves stress.
I won’t be able to join the lunch time walk today, but I will try to walk a mile at my house tonight after work!
Did not get my laps last night =( Will try to make up the laps this evening.
I got my steps from walking my dog and chasing my granddaughter.
I joined Amy for the walk today. It felt great!
Time to walk the dog!
I’m going to try to walk after work, but I’m going to miss the group walks. Bummer because what a great idea!
Didn’t do a formal walk but still got over 8000 steps so far!

I’m back on track! I have 6,705 steps in already @ 5:30pm! It’s Walk Maryland Day! Celebrate by taking a walk with someone you love!
