My two dogs Coco and Kc love to go for walks!
Our dogs are always ready to get outside. My goal of movement every hour during the day, Helps get your 10,000 steps in before bed.
Doing a glutes workout after work today! 🍑
Do you keep track of all of your steps or just the ones when you are exercising?
Wish my cat would go for walks for me. LOL….. Another great Fall day for a beautiful stress reducing run 🙂
My Beagle loves the cooler weather, so he’s good motivation for me to get outside when it’s chilly!
At our house we can’t say the word “walk” unless we are truly going on a walk, because Tyson seems to know that word, and gets so wound up! We have resorted to saying “W”, but I’m pretty sure Tyson has caught on to that as well! It’s almost 3:30pm and I don’t even have 2,000 steps in yet! Too much work and not enough play! Looks like Tyson and I will be going for a long walk this evening!
Hoping to get plenty of steps and activities in through the weekend!
Did not do well today. Goal is to do better tomorrow.
I don’t have pets, but I did walk the lake, and it was beautiful!!!
Perhaps it’s time to adopt a dog…we’ll see!
Our dog is the same we have to spell walk sometimes
