There’s a series of new resources coming to Go! Garrett County over the next few days! To kick things off, we’re sharing the first of our new printables library – as we work to make these resources more easily accessible on our website.
Over the weekend, I saw a post on Facebook that said something to the tune of:
It takes years to form habits, don’t be afraid if it takes more than a few days to change them.
I think that’s some of the best advice I’ve heard this year (all 17 days!). But, I think it’s very important to remember that many of us have been forming habits since the pandemic began, and some of them (like mine), haven’t always been the healthiest. It seems like the world is moving faster than ever before, and it’s important to take a moment to reflect on your life, and the direction you want to head. Understanding that small changes over time form habits, I’m committed to doing this challenge with all of you! Later this week, I’ll share my habits, and look forward to hearing yours!
