Participants in the Club 21550 Walking Challenge wore green for their Tuesday night walk in recognition of Mental Health Awareness Month. Physical activity is a powerful tool to promote mental health as it enhances mood, reduces stress, boosts your energy, and helps you sleep better. Club 21550 is a community planning group that provides family-friendly events and activities that promote healthy living.
