I took Mitzi’s class when it was offered at the Health Department. It is a very good class.
I signed up for this previously but it was postponed. I assume I am still on the list. I am pre diabetic again. I was years ago but did a lifestyle change and got my levels under control. Needless to say I have gone back to my old ways and it shows it more ways than one!!!

Mitzi does an outstanding job with her presentation of the Diabetes Prevention Classes! You should check it out! It’s a year long class but it is less than 24 hours of your time for the year! Well worth your time!

My grandmother had diabetes and died from complications from it. She dealt with it from a very young age and I watched her give herself insulin shots into her stomach. It was definitely and eye opener.
